The school is currently recruiting for the following Support Staff vacancies:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
- Cover Supervisor.
- Assistant Chaplain

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (REF: HLTA24)
Pay Band 6 £26,073 - £29,777
(£18,335.12 - £20,939.85 Pro Rata)
30 hours per week, term time only
8.30pm to 3.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: September 2024

The successful candidate will be caring and enthusiastic and will have a genuine commitment to supporting the academic progress of pupils aged 11-16.
The candidate will be part of the Learning Support Department.
You will need to hold a relevant Level 2 or higher childcare qualification, have good communication skills and excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above). Good ICT skills would also be desirable and at least two years’ experience working with children, preferably within an education setting. The role is term time only.

To Start September 2024 or sooner
A suitably experienced and qualified person is required to fulfil the above role, which involves supervising classes of students undertaking work set on those occasions when teachers are absent from school. You will need to have the ability to work with students at all levels. The candidate must be educated to at least A level. The role is term time only. Applicants must be sympathetic to the school’s Christian ethos.

Full Time: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only
8am – 4pm (Monday to Thursday (3.30pm Friday)
We would also consider hours of work 9am/9.30am start with a 3pm/3.30pm finish (depending on the candidate).

We have a vacancy for an Assistant Chaplain. The Chaplaincy Team, under the leadership of the full-time Chaplain, will work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Management Team and the Religious Education Department to ensure that the:
- Christian ethos of the school is maintained in all aspects of the School Community.
- School is a worshipping community through the promotion and use of
- Liturgical celebrations marking various school occasions.
- Work of building bridges between home, school and parish is actively maintained.
- Spiritual needs of the school are met to the best of our ability.
The Chaplaincy Team serves the personal and spiritual needs of the school community and fosters links with Parish communities. All applicants must be a practising and committed Christian. Experience in youth work and education is desirable. This is a term time only position. We will consider applicants on a full-time or part-time basis.

The role is term time only.
